Dispatch Times

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days.

During peak seasonal periods, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Standard Delivery

Large Furniture & Fragile Item Deliveries

Some larger furniture, mirrors, lighting, and fragile products require specialist handling or two-person delivery services.

For these deliveries:

  • Delivery may take slightly longer
  • Couriers may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date
  • Certain oversized items may have delivery restrictions

Damaged Deliveries
