Fixed content of out for delivery email, and free shipping display value.

1. The title and content for the out for delivery email was incorrect (the same as the colelcted email), so that has been updated.
2. Updated the free shipping display value to reflect the vat inclusive price, as it was rather confusing to get to cart and not get a discount when over the threshold.
