Priority Same-Day Dispatch Service

Our Priority Same-Day Dispatch service ensures your order is processed and dispatched on the same day if placed before 10:00 AM (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, most UK orders are delivered the next working day, depending on your postcode. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be dispatched the next working day.

  • How It Works:
    • Orders over £29 qualify for free Priority Same-Day Dispatch (if placed by 10:00 AM) using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day for next-day delivery in eligible postcodes.
    • Orders between £29 and £75 qualify for free standard delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (not same-day dispatch).
    • Orders under £75 are dispatched the next working day unless a premium option is selected at checkout.
  • Eligible Postcodes: Same-day dispatch is available to most UK postcodes (see table below). Check your postcode for next-day delivery eligibility.
  • Note: Same-day dispatch applies to standard box deliveries only, not pallet shipments.

Free Delivery Threshold

  • Free Delivery: Orders over £29 qualify for free delivery within the UK.
    • £29–£49: Free delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (standard dispatch, typically 2 working days from dispatch).
    • Over £49: Free delivery via Priority Same-Day Dispatch (if ordered by 10:00 AM) using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day (typically next working day).

UK Delivery Timescales

The timescales below show the number of working days from dispatch (excluding Saturdays/Sundays for standard services) for standard box deliveries. Orders over £29 placed by 10:00 AM are dispatched the same day and typically arrive the next working day in eligible postcodes. Orders between £29 and £75 use Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 days from dispatch). Our couriers aim for 99% on-time delivery, but delays may occur during peak periods or adverse weather. You’ll receive email updates with tracking details.

  • Postcodes marked (All) support Priority Same-Day Dispatch, By 10:30 AM, By 12:00 PM, Saturday, Saturday By 10:30 AM, Saturday By 12:00 PM, and Sunday delivery.
  • Postcodes marked (Sat/Sun) support standard Saturday and Sunday delivery only.
  • Pallet deliveries take 2–4 days and are not available for same-day dispatch or Saturday/Sunday services.

Saturday & Sunday Delivery

  • Standard Saturday/Sunday Delivery: Available for postcodes marked (All) or (Sat/Sun). Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 10:00 AM Friday; for Sunday delivery, by 10:00 AM Thursday (subject to courier availability). Orders over £29 qualify for free Saturday/Sunday delivery if placed by the cut-off.
  • By 10:30 AM or 12:00 PM Saturday Delivery: Available for postcodes marked (All) only. Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM Friday. Additional fees apply for orders under £29.
  • Note: Sunday delivery is not available for By 10:30 AM or By 12:00 PM services.

International Delivery Timescales
