How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 4:30 PM will commence processing at 8:00 AM the next working day. During peak seasons (e.g., October to December, Easter, or Christmas), dispatch may take 3-4 working days due to high order volumes.
How long will delivery take in the UK?
Delivery times vary by UK region: UK Mainland (Zone 1) takes 1-3 working days via small parcel services (Royal Mail 48 or Yodel) or next working day with APC overnight service. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Scilly Islands (Zones 2-3) take 2-5 working days after dispatch.
What shipping methods are available in the UK?
We offer untracked small parcel services (Royal Mail 48 or Yodel) for orders up to 2kg in Zone 1 or 3kg in Zones 1-3, tracked courier services (APC or DPD) for heavier parcels, and priority delivery (APC overnight, UK Mainland only) for orders placed before 12 PM, excluding weekends and holidays. Large furniture items may require pallet shipping, and we’ll contact you via email to arrange delivery.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the UK region, weight, and size of the parcel, with a 5% adjustment to cover potential hiccups. Costs are calculated at checkout, and we’ll confirm them via email before dispatch, allowing you to cancel if unsuitable. For large furniture or high-volume orders, additional charges may apply based on volumetric weight, and we’ll notify you by email.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking is available for courier services (APC or DPD). Once dispatched, you or your customer will receive tracking information and delivery updates directly from the courier. Small parcel services (Royal Mail 48, Yodel) are untracked unless specified otherwise.
Can I ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses in the UK?
We cannot ship to PO Box addresses via courier within the UK. For BFPO addresses, please contact us before ordering, as prices vary and special arrangements are needed.
Are there restrictions on shipping certain products?
Yes, products classified as dangerous goods (e.g., essential oils, mists, perfumes) can only be shipped by road. Contact us to confirm if your order includes such items.
How are orders packaged?
Orders are securely packaged in unmarked, eco-friendly materials (recycled and recyclable). Each parcel includes a label with the order reference, delivery address, and our warehouse’s return address. Bathroom products like soaps and bath bombs include ingredient lists.
Can I include special delivery instructions?
Yes, during checkout, you can add Customer Service Notes for our team to process your order and Delivery Notes for the courier, which will be included on the parcel.
What happens if I order large furniture or high-volume items?
Large furniture or high-volume orders may require pallet shipping. We’ll contact you via email with a quotation and delivery arrangements. Additional charges may apply based on volumetric weight.
