Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), “royalgifting.com”, “the Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means the operator of the website royalgifting.com. “The Buyer”, “customer”, or “you” refers to the individual or entity placing an order via this website.

2. Ownership of Goods

Title to goods shall remain with royalgifting.com until full payment is received. Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

3. Exclusivity

Exclusive rights to products or designs may be granted only under prior written agreement with the Seller.

4. Delivery & Back Orders

4.1 Delivery dates are estimates only and non-binding. The Seller shall not be liable for delays.
4.2 We reserve the right to deliver in instalments, invoicing separately for each.
4.3 Back orders will be fulfilled automatically unless the Buyer requests otherwise at the time of ordering.
4.4 Delivery discrepancies must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.
4.5 Buyers outside the UK are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Incorrect documentation resulting in charges to the Seller will be reclaimed from the Buyer.

5. Pricing

All prices exclude VAT and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Samples must be paid for unless expressly waived.

6. Payment Terms

Credit accounts (where approved) require payment within 30 days of invoice. The Seller may amend or withdraw credit facilities at any time.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Returns for refunds must be initiated within 14 days of delivery by emailing enquiries@royalgifting.com. Goods must be unused, in original packaging.
7.2 Return postage costs are the Buyer’s responsibility unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
7.3 Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or received in unsaleable condition.
7.4 Proof of return (e.g., tracked delivery receipt) must be retained.
7.5 Full refunds (including return costs) apply only for damaged/wrong items, subject to evidence (e.g., photographs).

8. Sale or Return/Exchanges

royalgifting.com does not operate sale-or-return or exchange policies unless explicitly agreed in writing.

9. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are permitted only if notified in writing before dispatch. Post-dispatch cancellations must follow the returns process.

10. Reservation of Goods

Goods are not reserved until payment is confirmed or a prior written agreement is in place.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 “royalgifting” and associated logos are trademarks of Advent Box Company.
11.2 All website content, designs, and packaging are copyrighted. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

12. Liability

12.1 Claims for shortages/damages must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
12.2 The Seller is not liable for defects caused by Buyer misuse or third-party actions.
12.3 Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) exempt the Seller from liability.

13. Insolvency

If the Buyer becomes insolvent, the Seller may suspend deliveries or reclaim goods in transit.

14. Third-Party Rights

The Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with foreign laws when exporting goods and indemnifies the Seller against related claims.

15. Data Protection

We comply with UK data protection laws (including UK GDPR). Personal data will not be sold or shared unlawfully.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

17. General

17.1 These Terms supersede all prior agreements. Variations must be signed by a company director.
17.2 Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms, irrespective of signature.
17.3 All warranties (express or implied) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17.4 Website content is provided “as is”. royalgifting.com disclaims liability for inaccuracies or damages arising from its use, except for death/personal injury caused by negligence.

18. Website Use

18.1 Copying website content for personal use (e.g., ordering) is permitted. Unauthorised modification/distribution is prohibited.
18.2 Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
