Can I add special delivery instructions?

Yes, there are two text fields where you can enter information during checkout, one for information for our customer service team, and one for delivery information that you would like to be included on the parcel.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking is available for most courier services (APC, DPD). Once dispatched, you or your customer will receive tracking information directly from the courier. Small parcel services (Royal Mail 48, Yodel) are untracked unless otherwise specified.

Do you offer courier and priority services?

Yes. We offer a variety of shipping options depending on the delivery location within the UK Mainland.

Do you ship at the weekend?

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, it is not open on bank holidays or weekends.

How are orders packaged?

Orders are securely packaged in unmarked, eco-friendly materials (recycled and recyclable). Each parcel includes a label with the order reference, delivery address, and return address.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the parcel. Costs are calculated at checkout and we’ll confirm them via email before dispatch if needed, allowing you to cancel if unsuitable.

How is my parcel packaged?

Your parcel will be packed securely for transit with our delivery partners. This can include additional protection such as paper or bubble, with an outer envelope or box. As part of our Eco Pledge we aim to reduce the amount of packaging used without compromising the quality of the packaging. This includes using recycled or recyclable materials, and reducing single-use plastic.

How quickly will my parcel be dispatched?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and bank holidays). UK couriers take an average of 1 – 3 working days to deliver. During peak times (Easter and Christmas) there can be short delays.

Is VAT charged on shipping?

Yes, if VAT is applicable for the delivery location. VAT is charged on the goods and shipping during checkout.

What happens if I order large furniture or high-volume items?

Large furniture or high-volume orders may require pallet shipping. We’ll contact you via email with a quotation and delivery arrangements. Additional charges may apply based on volumetric weight.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer untracked small parcel services (Royal Mail 48 or Yodel) for UK orders up to 2kg or 3kg, and tracked courier services (APC, DPD) for heavier parcels or priority delivery.

What time is the cut-off for priority delivery?

Your order must be placed by 12pm for same-day priority dispatch. This is applicable Monday to Friday and excludes bank holidays and weekends. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Who gets the update about my order?

This depends on the contact information you enter in the delivery address. If you enter your contact information then you will get the notifications from the courier, if you enter your customer’s, they will get information during the parcel’s journey.
